What photos should I upload?
One clear, well-lit photo of your pet and one of yourself, each showing the face. Separate photos work great; you do not need a photo together.
Is previewing free?
Yes. You get free watermarked previews of your first 3 looks, with no account and no card.
How long does it take?
Previews usually appear within a few minutes. We will show progress while they are being created.
What do I get after paying?
The full-resolution portrait without a watermark, ready to download, print or share.
What if it doesn't look quite right?
Each portrait you buy includes 2 free re-rolls: a fresh take with the same look and photos.
What happens to my photos?
